What is IntelliBridge?
IntelliBridge is an AI workspace for finance and education teams. Instead of one generic chatbot, you turn on exactly the tools you need — tax filing, compliance tracking, document collection, reconciliation, website chatbots and more — and each one is tailored to your firm’s own data.
Everything works the same way: pick a feature from the Marketplace, activate it, and start using it from the sidebar. No installation, no code.

Create your account
Getting started takes a couple of minutes. You create an account, tell us your sector, and your workspace is ready.
How it works
- 1Sign up with your work email and a password.
- 2Choose your sector (e.g. Finance or Education) — this decides which modules you’ll see.
- 3Your workspace is created and you land on the dashboard.
- 4Open the Marketplace to activate your first feature.
Activate features (Marketplace)
The Marketplace is where you turn features on and off. Each card shows a short description, a price, and a Read more link that opens a full page explaining what the feature does and how it works step by step.
How it works
- 1Open Marketplace from the sidebar.
- 2Click Read more on any card to see the full explanation and steps.
- 3Add a payment card if the feature is paid (free features skip this).
- 4Click Activate — the feature instantly appears in your sidebar.
- 5Use Deactivate any time to turn a feature off.
Your workspace
The left sidebar is your map. It only shows features you’ve activated, so it stays clean.

- Clients — Manage the people and businesses you work for.
- Settings — Profile, team members, billing and workspace options.
ITR Filing Assistant
Turns a client’s tax paperwork into a ready-to-review return. It reads the documents, computes tax both ways, and drafts the ITR for you to check.
How it works
- 1Upload the client’s Form-16, 26AS and AIS documents.
- 2OCR reads every income head, TDS entry and deduction.
- 3Tax is auto-computed under both the old and new regimes.
- 4Review and edit the generated ITR draft.
- 5Export the final return.
Compliance Calendar
AI Website Chatbot
A chatbot you train on your own firm’s documents and FAQs, then embed on your website to answer client questions around the clock.
How it works
- 1Create the chatbot and upload your documents and FAQs.
- 2It indexes them into a private knowledge base.
- 3Embed the chatbot on your website.
- 4It answers client questions from your knowledge, escalating what it can’t.
Client Upload Portal
Notice Analyzer
Reads income-tax and GST notices for you, extracts the key facts, and gives you a workflow to respond on time.
How it works
- 1Upload an income-tax or GST notice.
- 2The AI classifies the relevant section.
- 3It extracts the response deadline and demand amount.
- 4It summarises the action required.
- 5Track the notice through the response workflow.
GST Reconciliation
Matches your GST returns against your books to catch mismatches before they become filing problems.
How it works
- 1Import GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and your books for the period.
- 2They are matched at summary and invoice level.
- 3It surfaces unreported sales, mismatched tax and missing entries.
- 4Resolve each discrepancy in the workflow.
Audit Assistant
Scans a ledger to flag what deserves a closer look, so your team focuses effort where the risk is.
How it works
- 1Upload the client’s ledger.
- 2The AI flags duplicates, round-number and high-value entries.
- 3It flags weekend/future postings and statistical outliers.
- 4Investigate and sign off via the auditor review workflow.
Finance AI Tools
AI Tools are focused, single-task helpers grouped by sub-sector. You enter a few inputs, run the analysis, and get a structured result — no setup required.
How it works
- 1Open AI Tools and pick your sub-sector (bank, CA firm, investment, insurance, loan provider or accountant).
- 2Choose a tool and click Read more to see what it does and the steps.
- 3Open the interactive panel and fill in the inputs.
- 4Click Run AI Analysis and review the results.

If your sector is Education, your Marketplace shows school-focused features instead.
- AI Assistants — Deploy ready-made assistants (help desk, admissions, fees, exams) trained on your documents.
- Faculty Escalation — Route questions assistants can’t answer to a teacher or administrator.
- School Documents — A shared knowledge base of handbooks, policies and forms.
- Document Upload Portal — A branded link for families to submit admission forms.
- Automation Center — Automate reminders, approvals and document routing.
Clients & documents
Clients are at the centre of your finance workspace. Add them once and every module — filing, compliance, uploads, notices — works against the right client.
How it works
- 1Open Clients and add a client with their basic details.
- 2Collect their documents via the Client Upload Portal or upload directly.
- 3Use any module (ITR, compliance, notices) against that client.
- 4Review history and status from the client’s record.
Billing & activation
- Each feature shows a monthly price on its Marketplace card.
- Paid features need a card on file; free features don’t.
- Activating adds the feature; deactivating removes it from your sidebar.
- Manage saved cards from the Marketplace or Settings.

FAQ
Why don’t I see a feature in my sidebar?
It hasn’t been activated yet. Open the Marketplace and activate it — it appears immediately.
Will I be charged?
No. Billing is a demo here; adding a card and activating paid features creates no real charge.
Can I turn a feature off?
Yes. Use Deactivate on its Marketplace card at any time.
Where do I learn what a feature does?
Every Marketplace card has a Read more link that opens a full page with a plain-language explanation and step-by-step instructions.
